We manufacture our demerara sugar in our Organic certified sugar mill with the best technique which results in incredibly fragrant, rich and flavorful sugar crystals that soothe the palate with the taste of molasses.
Unlike other processors who mix the white sugar with molasses leading to a sticky mess or which when dissolved leaves behind a residue of molasses, our demerara sugar is patiently processed in the online process giving free-flowing crystals infused with molasses and nourishing minerals.
